Definitions "Software" means the DevCage source code, documentation, configuration files, scripts, and any associated materials distributed in this repository. Contributions By submitting a Contribution to this project, You grant the Licensor a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, copy, modify, sublicense, and distribute Your Contribution as part of the Software under this license and under any Commercial License offered by the Licensor. You also grant the Licensor a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license under any patent claims You own or control that are necessarily infringed by Your Contribution, to make, use, and distribute the Software incorporating Your Contribution. You represent and warrant that Your Contribution is Your original work and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. You represent that You have the right to grant the licenses above. To the extent permitted by applicable law, You agree not to exercise Your moral rights in Your Contribution in a manner that would prevent the Licensor from using, modifying, sublicensing, or distributing the Contribution as permitted under this section. Termination This license terminates automatically if You violate any of its terms. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in Your possession. For first-time violations, the Licensor will provide written notice and a 30-day cure period. If You remedy the violation within 30 days, this license is reinstated. Repeated violations result in immediate termination without a cure period. 12. Governing Law This license is governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising under this license shall be submitted to the competent courts in Poland. If You are a consumer residing in the European Union, nothing in this license affects any mandatory consumer protection rights You are entitled to under the laws of Your country of residence. 13. Severability and Entire Agreement If any provision of this license is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. This license constitutes the entire agreement between You and the Licensor regarding non-commercial use of the Software. Commercial Use is governed by a separate Commercial License agreement.
